(PL3)Real-time Measurement of Inplane Vibtation with a Laser Speckle Interferometer with Double Aperture Method

In order to detect the phase of interference fringes of the laser speckle interferometer with the double aperture method in real-time, an analog electronic circuit which could calculate Fourier coefficients of the optical signal of the interference fringes was developed. Measuring speed and accuracy of the new laser speckle interferometer were experimentally examined.
