(PL4)Measuring Accuracy of a Laser Speckle Interferometer with Double Aperture Method

In order to evaluate the measuring accuracy of the laser speckle interferometer with the double aperture method, many measuring experiments were carried out. It was confrimed that the phase variation in the interference fringes strongly affected on measuring error. A new optical system with a cylindrical lens was proposed to improve the measuring accuracy and speed.
